Challenges:
- George W. Carver High School was obliterated by Hurricane Katrina; one teacher created a foundation to rebuild the football stadium and needed to raise $700,000
- With only seven weeks left in the campaign, the foundation was far from reaching its goal

- The Web site was redesigned to be more user-friendly and promote donations utilizing social marketing
- Donations and updates were seeded everywhere from Facebook pages to Twitter feeds making donors ambassadors for the cause, a cost-efficient and time-sensitive solution
Results:
- Traffic and donations spiked immediately upon the new site launch
- Social media referrals to the site more than doubled
